Terms & Conditions of registration with US Marrige Bureau

By accepting these terms and conditions the client agrees to appoint US Marrige Bureau to carry out their match making on their behalf.

1- The team of US Marrige Bureau is been appointed for introducing potential marriage partners, and will match with the best options in their database as per the client’s requirements.

2- The Client Warrants that all the information provided by them is true, authentic, accurate, updated and not misleading in any manner.

3- US Marrige Bureau reserves the right to conduct the verification of all the given information and the provided relevant documents. Clients are advised that all information would be checked and confirmed in the way the management feels best for the purpose.

4- In-case the provided information is found to be misleading or fake, US Marrige Bureau reserves the right to cancel the registration of such candidates.

5- Meeting time that has been set for two families would have to be strictly followed and the clients should reach 10 minutes before the given time, any client that arrives late for their meeting would not be entertained, further, if a client refuses to come for the meeting after their confirmation on the meeting day, the management reserves the right to cancel their registration.

6- Refund Policy: in-case the client is not satisfied with the proposal after meeting the proposed family at their home for the first time, new proposals would be showed and refund could not be claimed. The management of US Marrige Bureau reserves the right to make the necessary inquiries to make sure that the clients are not bypassing us as the middle party.

Working pattern of US Marrige Bureau

1- A maximum of three proposals would be offered which could have up to 99% similarity with the client’s requirements. Further two proposals could have 90-95% similarity with the requirement of client and they will be brought into the client’s information before setting any meeting.

2- If the client decides to settle with any of the provided proposal, they would pay the fee according to the fee structure of US Marrige Bureau in advance.

3- It is the clear understanding of the clients and every registered member that once US Marrige Bureau has been appointed as their match makers, the clients would not try to go into obtaining the contact details of the families that Marrige Bureau has introduced them to, without bringing it in the knowledge of the management. The management of US Marrige Bureau reserves the right to claim their charges for match making in such case.

4- If the client refuses all five proposals due to their own will, after six months, three more proposals with 90% similarity would be showed to the client and new charges would be applied.

5- The management of US Marrige Bureau does not take responsibility, or guarantee for the perfect functioning of a marriage resulting from the matches made by them
